Navreet has been very efficient and helpful under some very difficult circumstances down the chain. We are in rented accommodation now, but are looking for a house to buy so I will be very pleased if Navreet could act on our behalf for our future purchase. There is only one thing I would ask for: once a client has instructed Moore and Tibbits to do conveyancing I think your service could be improved if the nominated solicitor were to phone the new client to introdudce themselves and talk through the sale/purchase process. Excellence is much more easily recognised in complex, infinitely personal matters where outcomes are crucial. Carline and I worked in a very easy manner, which for me, going through a divorce I did not want, was very calming. Sometimes I was not very helpful to my solicitor, but this did not deflect her from her work. When all was settled, we were able to reflect on events and it was apparent that the other side did not win a single one of the battles. Overall the service was very good. I would make one small point: undoubtedly there are many tasks to be completed in the process of conveyancing and often, inevitably, a customer wants things to move faster than they can do. But there are some things that seemed to be slower than is typical in other industries/businesses, e.g. use of regular mail service to transfer documents that could be emailed and then an original signed by the customer followed up as the "official" copy. This might be something to think about. Regards.

I found myself in a very difficult position of suddenly and unexpectedly needing an Employment Lawyer. Having rung around various organisations of differing sizes (inc Legal 500 firms), I found Lisa to be the most personable and pragmatic of those I spoke to, and instructed her to work on my behalf.
